Time Machine

I think it was in the summer of 1997 when Steve and I saw this at a shop up on the Peak... we both liked it immediately... for some reason, we said we would want to have one in out future home together.   Over the years we saw it at various shops but didn't buy it... This year for our 5th year wedding anniversary, Steve ordered it online from the States... The "Time Machine" is now sitting in our living room.  It is a noisy clock with a very special story behind it. 

a day together

Nothing really special was planned for October 20th 2010 Wednesday.   It was just to take a day off work and be together.   Initally we were going to have breakfast at the pier and watch people go to work while we didn't need to but we both slept in ...so we decided to leave PI in search of food.

We  headed to Elements and walked from there to TST....on our way we saw this dim sum place so we tried it....not too bad.... it has been a long time since we have had dim sum...even longer for just the two of us to have it by ourselves.

After a long day of walking around in TST...we had a relatively early dinner at Outback Steakhouse.
