I couldn't sleep very well yesterday...haha...not because i saw Andy Lau up close but because an important decision will be made in the near future. The most important thing is that we are together.

Our weekend
It was a good thing that we did not go to Pui O because the weather was extremely cold... with Frost Warning, Monsoon Warning and Cold Weather Warning. Also, Steve seems to be getting a bit of a respiratory irritation from the continuing cold weather.
On Saturday we both went to the GGC to study... started to get back in to the routine of studying... also a bonus from not going camping.
On Sunday, Steve and I spent an hour or so at the wet market area in Tsuen Wan... first time we actually spent a bit of time there and went into some of the shops to see what they have there. We bought the food needed for the hotpot that night. I thought we did quite a good job!
For the hot pot I prepared a bunch of sauces and condiments ... hopefully in the future i would be able to gather 10 mid-size bowls and make this part of the hot pot dinner a bit special.

今天和Steve決定一月十五日&十六日去貝澳露營!!! Yeah!
Anticipated temperature: 12-16 degrees Celsius on Saturday and 10-15 degrees Celsius on Sunday

Located next to Pui O Beach, Lantau Island, Pui O Campsite is an ideal place for camping as it is surrounded by beautiful scenery where there is clear water, fine sand and shady trees.

January 15th Saturday
0700-0730 Wake up & Get ready, Gather Packs & Bags
0800 PI to Tsing Yi MTR
0830 Tsing Yi MTR to Tung Chung MTR Station
0900 PK Shop & Breakfast on the Run or in Cafe in Tung Chung
1000 From Tung Chung Town Centre via 3M or A35 bus to Pui O (30 minute bus ride)
1100 Arrive at Pui O Campsite (register, set up tent)
1230 Noodle lunch. & Clean up of cookset
1400 Free Time: for photo session, walk along beach, exploring campsite
1800 Hotpot Dinner. Clean up cookset and dishes
2000 Card Games
2200 Prepare to Sleep. Fill up hot water bottle.
2300 Sleep time.
January 16th Sunday
Sleep in....
Breakfast time!!!! Using the Cookset again!!
Hea time.....
Lunch time!!! Cookset again!!
Pack up and go home!
