Organic Farm

Steve and I went to this Organic Farm on two occassions.  The first time, it was an activity for Anthony's birthday.  This time (December 12th) it was to provide some help to Kent and Kit.

0200 hours...

Coincidentally Steve and I couldn't sleep last night...so at 0200 hours in the morning we were sneaking around the living room watching our turtles sleep.... well....basically putting a glaring light on them so that they couldn't sleep.

Then we headed off to walk around our little island and got a drink at 7-11.  It is amazing how so many people are still up at this hour on the island...

soooo tired......

Wahh Fried Rice

One Chinese Fried Rice Please!!!  (said with a Chin-glish accent in Chinatown)

Wahhh... Mr Wong made dinner yesterday ...he made Fried Rice.... I was quite amazed because the grains of rice did not clump together!!!   Taste was good too!

Good job Mr. Wong.... maybe you can take over the household cooking from now on!!! wakakaka

Cold Crab

Tips and instructions gathered from various websites...

Ingredients:

Crab (Dungeness Crab or 花蟹)
Ginger Sliced

How to:

1)  Clean crab
2)  Put crab in freezer for 30 minutes or more until dead
3)   Put Crab w/ Shell downwards, put ginger slices on top of Crab
4)  Steam for 15-20 minutes, once crab has changed color.
5) Let Crab cool down.
6) Put in fridge for 15-30 minutes.
7) Serve and Eat.
