Cold Crab

Tips and instructions gathered from various websites...

Ingredients:

Crab (Dungeness Crab or 花蟹)
Ginger Sliced

How to:

1)  Clean crab
2)  Put crab in freezer for 30 minutes or more until dead
3)   Put Crab w/ Shell downwards, put ginger slices on top of Crab
4)  Steam for 15-20 minutes, once crab has changed color.
5) Let Crab cool down.
6) Put in fridge for 15-30 minutes.
7) Serve and Eat.
