Pui O Camping Feb 26-27
Introduction:
Located next to Pui O Beach, Lantau Island, Pui O Campsite is an ideal place for camping as it is surrounded by beautiful scenery where there is clear water, fine sand and shady trees.

Main Facilities: barbecue area, pavilions/arbours, toilets, changing rooms
Address: Pui O Beach, Lantau Island (alight at Pui O Public School)

This was our first time to Pui O Campsite so we are not really sure how busy they would be... luckily when we got there, there were only less than 5 bays that were occupied.
0830 Bus To Tsing Yi
0845 MTR from Tsing Yi to Tung Chung
0915 Buy food from PK Shop & Buy McD breakfast
1000 Bus from Tung Chung Town Centre via 3M or A35 bus to Pui O
1030 Walk from Pui O Public School to Campsite - Amazing Race!!! Beat the group of young kids to the campsite!
1100 Register for Campsite Bay and Start to set up
At first we chose #6...then changed it to #16 and then #30 afterwards.... our conclusion is that #22 is the best spot because it has a big tree to block off the sun. If that is not available, then #30 is not bad either. Although it is further but it is more quiet.
1200 Walk out to Pui O village area
1300 Nap time
1330 Lunch time & clean up cookset and dishes
1430 Move from Bay #16 to #30.
1500 Walk around beach area and campsite, frisbee time
1800 Early dinner
2000 Card game time
2200 Sleep time .... it might be worthwhile to invest in an air mattress... we basically woke every hour or so because of the hard floor and because the security guard had to make his hourly check.

Sleep in and hea time and then pack up....
Really good fun.... really enjoyed my first camping trip with Steve.
